These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Special Recruiting Projects (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or using its forms, you accept these Terms.

Our services

Special Recruiting Projects is a senior-led fractional recruiting studio for EPC power-infrastructure firms. This website describes our services and lets you contact us or book a discovery call. The site itself is informational; it does not create a recruiting engagement.

Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

Any recruiting engagement is set out in a separate written agreement between us and the client. That agreement defines scope, fees, timelines, and any placement terms or guarantee. Nothing on this website is an offer, a guarantee of results, or a binding engagement on its own. Where these Terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or company.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Scrape, copy, or reuse site content without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, logo, and copy are owned by Special Recruiting Projects or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce or reuse its content without our written permission.
