Special Recruiting Projects is a senior-led fractional recruiting studio for EPC power-infrastructure firms, based in Atlanta, GA. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Special Recruiting Projects. This policy applies to this website and the forms on it.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our service.

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, the roles you’re hiring for, your number of open roles, and your timeline.
• Booking form: your name, work email, company, phone number, and what you’d like to discuss on the call.
• Direct contact: anything you include when you email or call us.

Information collected automatically

Our servers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. If we add website analytics later, it will load only after you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule discovery calls.
• To provide recruiting services and communicate about engagements.
• To secure, maintain, and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing autoresponders from our forms — your messages go straight to Don.

Third-party services

We use a small set of trusted providers to operate the site. Each processes only the data needed for its function:

• Resend — delivers the emails generated by our contact and booking forms.
• Google Calendar — powers live booking availability, calendar invites, and Google Meet links.
• Google Maps — displays a city-level map of Atlanta on our Contact page. The map loads only when you choose to view it.
• Website analytics — may be added later and will run only with your consent.

These providers handle your data under their own privacy terms. We share data with them only to deliver the service you requested.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to respond, serve active or prospective clients, and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that basis. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
