Don Simon
Don Simon is an 18-year recruiting veteran and the founder of Special Recruiting Projects. He specializes exclusively in EPC power-infrastructure talent, recruiting electrical and civil engineers, construction managers, and project controls professionals. Don holds an MBA from Emory University and has advised Boards of Directors and CEOs on recruitment strategy. He built SRP to bring enterprise-grade recruiting to a deliberately small, high-touch client list, so every client works with a senior recruiter rather than a rotating junior contact.
